1) Event Management

Our intern will help to plan, design and execute regular events for our investors, entrepreneurs and partners.
Regular business, social and charity events are our way to build an engaged community and these events need to measure up to the highest professional standards.
Keiretsu Forum partners with a number of leading organizations which have their own signature events and you will have a chance to participate in and learn from those events as well.
There will also be a market development angle as most of our events are sponsored and finding the right sponsor is key to a successful event.

The Gig:

Plan and design business, social and community events. Prepare mailing lists, manage participation and registration and use social media tools. Co-ordinate with facility providers to make sure all event requirements are met. Arrange sponsorships for events. Identify and attend industry-related events to stay up-to- date on current trends and to engage local prospects.

2) Investor & Entrepreneur Relations

Our intern will also work closely with investors/entrepreneurs to generate start-up investments and grow the business. You will help shape our business development strategy to help us pinpoint ideal investors for the right start-ups on our platform.
You will also be working with our Due Diligence teams where you will learn to do DD to international standards. You will communicate with entrepreneurs /investors and global leaders.

The Gig:

Pre-screen and filter potential investors/entrepreneurs referred by members. Co-ordinate introductory calls between start-up founders and potential investors, identify and attend industry-related events to stay up-to- date on current trends and to engage local entrepreneurs.
